Arrival / Departure

Check-in starting at 2:00 p.m.

We request that our guests vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

Reservations

The reservation becomes binding once a 40 % deposit of the total amount has been received and confirmed in writing by us.

We recommend taking out a travel or cancellation insurance. 

Cancellations:

• Up to 2 months before arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded.
• Between 2 months and 10 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and can be applied to another booking, subject to availability, until the end of the current season.
• Less than 10 days before arrival: the full deposit will be retained.

Please note that cancellations due to bad weather, illness, or other reasons are not exceptions. 

Changes in participants:

If fewer participants arrive than booked, or changes are communicated only within the last 10 days, the deposit for each absent participant will be retained.

Cancellations

To secure your reservation, we need a 40% deposit of the total amount.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation within 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
If you cancel 2 days before the arrival, 80% of the total amount according to the reservation confirmation will be retained.
