We request that our guests vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

Reservations

The reservation becomes binding once a 40 % deposit of the total amount has been received and confirmed in writing by us.

Payments may be made with cash or with the following credit cards: Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard

Cancellations

Up to 2 months before arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded.
Between 2 months and 10 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and can be applied to another booking, subject to availability, until the end of the current season.
Less than 10 days before arrival: the full deposit will be retained.

Please note that cancellations due to bad weather, illness, or other reasons are not exceptions.

Changes in participants:

If fewer participants arrive than booked, or changes are communicated only within the last 10 days, the deposit for each absent participant will be retained.

We recommend taking out a travel or cancellation insurance.
