  • Arrival in Winter

    In winter, the Bella Vista hut can be reached via the glacier cable car from Kurzras/Maso Corto.

    Important:
    Please arrive in Kurzras by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. The last gondola leaves at 4:30 p.m.

    Continue to the hut

    • By ski/snowboard: via the slopes to the valley station of the Hintereislift and then continue towards “Schöne Aussicht/Bella Vista”
    • On foot: by chairlift, followed by approx. 15–20 minutes walking time
    • In bad weather: transfer by snow groomer possible on request

  • Arrival in Summer

    In summer, you can reach the Bella Vista Mountain Hut from Maso Corto:

    • Via trail no. 3 – approx. 2.5 hours walking time
    • Take the Roter Kofel chairlift and continue along trail no. 3 – approx. 1 hour walking time
    • Take the glacier cable car to the Grawand mountain station and descend via trail no. 3 – approx. 1 hour walking time

    The cable car and chairlift are open daily from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

    From Vent:
    Follow the route through the Rofental valley, passing the Hochjoch Hospice, to the Bella Vista Mountain Hut. - Approx. walking time: 4.5 hours

    From Vernago:
    Follow the route through the Finailtal valley to the Grawand mountain station via trail no. 8, then descend along trail no. 3. - Approx. walking time: 6 hours

  • Booking Conditions

    Your reservation is considered binding as soon as the deposit of 40% of the total amount has been received by us and confirmed in writing.

    We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance.

  • Cancellation Conditions

    • Up to 2 months before arrival: refund of the deposit
    • 2 months to 10 days before arrival: credit of the deposit for a stay within the same season (subject to availability)
    • Less than 10 days before arrival: the entire deposit will be retained

    Please note that cancellations — regardless of the reason, e.g. weather or illness — are subject to these conditions.

    Change in Number of Participants

    In the event of last-minute changes within the last 10 days or if individual guests do not arrive, the deposit for the affected participants will be retained.

    We recommend taking out a travel or cancellation insurance.

  • Check-in / Check-out

    Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

    On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.

    Earlier arrival or later departure is possible on request and subject to availability.

  • Celebrations at the Bella Vista

    Special moments deserve a special place.

    Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, or festive occasion — we create the perfect setting in the heart of the mountains.

    We would be happy to plan your celebration individually and with great attention to detail.

  • Luggage

    Please unload your luggage at the “Bella Vista” material cable car and leave it under the “Arrival” sign.

    Luggage transport to the hut takes place daily at 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

  • Dogs

    Your four-legged companions are also warmly welcome and may travel with you (€25 per night).

    To ensure peace and harmony for all guests, we accept a maximum of two dogs in the house at the same time.

    If this number has already been reached, we reserve the right to decline requests.

    Dogs are not permitted in the Customs House, in the dormitory, or in the Panorama & Loggia rooms.

  • Opening Hours

    Our summer season runs from 19 June 2026 to 29 September 2026.

    The winter season begins on 4 December 2026 and ends on 09.05.2027.

    The Bella Vista kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    After 3:00 p.m., we serve cold dishes and warm soups.

  • Parking

    Please park your car in the main paid car park.

    NEW: Paid parking in Kurzras

    The system works without barriers using automatic license plate recognition.

    The EasyPark app is supported.

    Outdoor-Parking:

    • 120 minutes free of charge
    • Rate: €6 on the first day, €12 per day for the following days
    Tip: If you enter the car park after 3:00 p.m., parking is free on the day of arrival.

    Indoor-Parking at the valley station:

    • 1,50 € per hour
    • Max. 18 € per day

    Payment:

    • Directly at the machines upon exit, card payment only
    • Via the EasyPark app
    • Online up to 24 hours after exit via MobilityHub

  • Tickets

    Tickets are available at the valley station of the Schnalstal Glacier Cable Cars, depending on the type and duration of your planned stay.

    • The ski pass or the desired ascent and descent ticket.
    • The Glacier Adventure Card for pedestrians, including ascent and descent with the glacier cable car, the Grawand, and the Gletschersee chairlift.
    Tip: From 3:00 p.m., the ascent for arrival is free of charge if you purchase at least a one-day ski pass for the following day.
