In accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003, we inform you that the Goldene Rose GmbH processes all of the personal details of guests and suppliers, as well as persons who willingly (orally, via business card, fax, e-mail or through the website) disclose their personal details to our company or its management. Within the framework of legal requirements, we guarantee that this processing takes place subject to the fundamental rights and freedoms and also the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.

Objectives and purpose of data processing

  • Fulfillment of legal responsibilities, obligations to regulations, community standards and civil and fiscal laws. Fulfillment of any contractual obligations to the data holder
  • Performance of activities related to our company operations, including but not limited to completing of internal statistics, accounting and bookkeeping
  • Commercial objectives such as the delivery of business information and promotional materials (whether by mail, fax or e-mail), marketing and market research
  • Safeguarding of claims and liability management

In furtherance of the above-stated objectives, your personal data will be forwarded as needed:To public administrations and authorities, in accordance with the law

  • To credit institutions with which our company does business related to the management of receivables/liabilities and the procurement of financing
  • To all natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and accountancy offices as well as courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) for whom the forwarding proves either necessary or useful in the performance of our duties, in the abovementioned manner and with the appropriate objectives

Personal data processed by us is not distributed.

Implementation of data processing

The processing of data will be conducted either with or without electronic means; in either case it is automatic, and comprises all of the operations provided for in Article 4 (1)(a) of Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003 and required in order to process the data concerned.

In all cases, data processing will be conducted in compliance with every security measure that ensures its security and secrecy.

Rights of the data subject

The Data Protection Act grants the data subject the opportunity to exercise certain rights in accordance with Art. 7.

In particular, the data subject has the right to know what details the data-holder has, and to obtain information about whether data indeed exists, even if that data is not yet stored and to find out details about this data, origin and reason, in an intelligible form, as well as the purpose of its processing; in addition, the data subject has the right to information about the data-holder and about those responsible for its processing as well as those persons and categories of persons to whom such data may be transmitted.

The data subject has the right to confirm, control, correct or supplement the data, as well as to request that said data be deleted, blocked or converted into anonymous data if its processing violates the statutory provisions.

The data subject also has the right to oppose, with justified grounds, all or part of the data processing, as well as to request its cancellation, blocking, conversion into anonymous data and, without justified cause, if the data is used for the purpose of commercial information, for the sending of advertising material, for direct sales, or for market and opinion polls.

The rights in question may be asserted either by the data holder or by an appointed representative person via a request to the responsible person (Paul Grüner, Hotel Zur Goldenen Rose – Karthaus, 29 – I-39020 Senales), either by registered letter or via an e-mail sent to [email protected].

We reserve the right to carry out changes or additions to this Data Privacy Policy at any time, particularly in the event of adjustments in applicable law or new regulations in this regard.
